Introduction

These Terms of Use apply to your use of BookMyPro and any other services for individuals, along with any associated software applications and websites (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms form an agreement between you and HeyAura, Inc., a Delaware company, and they include our Service Terms and important provisions for resolving disputes through arbitration. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Business Terms govern use of the BookMyPro business-facing application.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Although it does not form part of these Terms, it is an important document that you should read.

Who We Are

BookMyPro puts a team of AI agents in your pocket, turning home upkeep into a one-tap experience. Tell our ⭐ Concierge Booking agent what you need and we’ll line up a trusted pro; snap a photo and 📸 Snap & Solve instantly diagnoses issues and finds the right parts; lean on the 🤖 Aura AI Assistant for personalized, 24/7 home tips; build a 📋 5-Minute Inventory by simply scanning your belongings; and before you commit, run any estimate through our ✅ Quote Checker for an AI-powered second opinion.

Registration and Access

Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account to use our Services. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Using Our Services

What You Can Do

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services. In using our Services, you must comply with all applicable laws as well as our Sharing & Publication Policy, Usage Policies, and any other documentation, guidelines, or policies we make available to you.

What You Cannot Do

You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you may not:

• Use our Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates anyone's rights.
• Modify, copy, lease, sell, or distribute any of our Services.
• Attempt to or assist anyone to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of our Services.
• Automatically or programmatically extract data or Output.
• Represent that Output was human‑generated when it was not.
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services.
• Use Output to develop models that compete with BookMyPro.

Intermediary Status

When you request that BookMyPro arrange services with a third‑party provider, BookMyPro acts solely as a technology platform that facilitates your interaction with independent service professionals. HeyAura, Inc. or BookMyPro are not itself a licensed contractor or service provider, does not control the work performed, and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third‑party provider.

Content

Your Content

You may provide input to the Services ("Input"), and receive output from the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content." You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

Ownership of Content

As between you and HeyAura, Inc., and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain your ownership rights in Input and (b) own the Output. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output.

Accuracy

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our Services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may, in some situations, result in Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.

Payments and Fees

Booking Fee

When you ask BookMyPro to confirm a home‑service appointment, you authorize us to charge a one‑time Booking Fee in the amount displayed in the Service at checkout. The Booking Fee compensates BookMyPro for facilitating your appointment with an independent service provider and is non‑refundable except as expressly provided in the Cancellations and Refunds section below.

Billing

You must provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid payment method. We will charge your payment method when the Booking Fee becomes due or, for subscription Services, at each periodic renewal until you cancel.

Pricing Changes

We may change the Booking Fee or other charges by posting updated fees in the Services. Price changes take effect prospectively and do not affect bookings you have already confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds

User‑Initiated Cancellation

If you cancel a booking within 15 minutes after BookMyPro charges the Booking Fee, we will refund the fee to your original payment method. After 15 minutes, the Booking Fee is non‑refundable.

BookMyPro- or Provider‑Initiated Cancellation

If BookMyPro or the service provider cancels your appointment and we are unable to secure a comparable replacement, we will automatically refund the Booking Fee.

Force Majeure

Neither BookMyPro nor the service provider is liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events outside their reasonable control (including natural disasters or utility outages). In such cases, BookMyPro will work with you in good faith to reschedule the booking or refund the Booking Fee, at our discretion.

Termination and Suspension

You are free to stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services or delete your account if we determine that:

• You breached these Terms or our Usage Policies.
• We must do so to comply with the law.
• Your use of our Services could cause risk or harm to , Inc., our users, or anyone else.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE) WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

Limitation of Liability

NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA OR OTHER LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Dispute Resolution

You and HeyAura, Inc. agree to resolve any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services—including fee‑related claims—through final and binding arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation or within 30 days after we post updates to these arbitration terms.
